He gave me pain medicine that I am unfamiliar with every other doctor has given me pain pills, DR Loomba gave me these soboxin strips they don't work I'm still in horrible pain I wake up every morning in tears. The dosage is not strong enough to relieve my pain, I feel like he doesn't care. Dr. Wix was Amazing when I met with him I had high hopes that this was going to be a good experience but here I am 6 days out from my appointment I'm in pain no relief and I am so upset about my choice in pain doctors he came to me by recommendation from my internist I had such high hopes and I feel let down.

It was a memorable experience starting with front desk to Dr. I arrived to my appointment and receptionist was ver friendly and didn’t have to wait more than 5 min in the lobby, she took me into the room and right away the nurse came in took my vitals and info and in a couple of minutes Ms Castellano came and asked me more questions about my medical history, medications, she went out and Dr Loomba came in he asked me questions did some movement tests. I really liked him and Ms Castellana lot. I will recommend them and the facility to my family and friends. I want to thank all the staff.

This was my second experience with Dr. Lumba in his pain management clinic. This one was on the 25th of Jan. The first one was 16 months ago. This is my second time getting referred to Dr. Loomba, MD. First time I stopped going as I was going to get surgery. Now I want to try other options before invasive surgery. And his office scheduled me for injection, quite quickly which I appreciate. The staff is kind, patient and understanding. One thing I can say is I've gone to doctors who don't even remember me. Dr. Loomba did remember me, so much so he remembered where I worked, so that shows you he does listen to you. And that's huge in my book. I'm praying he can get me out of my horrible pain, so I can be the best mother to my two sons, and live a better life than I do now.

Dr Loomba was great for first exam. He actually provides care. One example is that he ordered his own MRI & x-rays at my first appointment. That tells me he actually want to know what's going on. Not like these other pain management offices that run you thru the mill just to have you revisit them monthly. They don't really care for you. They just issue you enough medication to get you thru â…” of the month. Never recommend therapy. But if you ask for therapy they tell you ,"Sure, we'll talk about it next month". Or they make you change insurance to fit there criteria . And if you don't or need time to change because it may interfere with connection to your primary. You just have to pay Cash until you get situated. Like I said their not concerned about you, but more about collecting $$$ off you...

So far only one visit to meet Dr. Loomba, he’s already my daughter’s doctor, and she kept urging me to go to him. The doctor I was going to was not doing anything for me, as I have been in pain management for over 35 years. We moved back to California after being gone for about 15 years. The other place did nothing so in essence I am now set back to the beginning, where I can’t hardly get out of bed and basically just get up and go do a couple things then go back and lay back in bed and can’t move. The other doctor’s PA said to just lay down and don’t worry about it. I went to Dr. Loomba and he immediately set a shot for me and tried to get the prior authorization done for the extensive shots (the insurance has to approve, of course.). There’s so much to it but I can’t say enough about Dr. Loomba and him trying to help where the other one, the PA, seemed too lazy and willing to lie on forms. Anyway, so far so good. Nothing but good to say and will stay that way as long as things keep going this way.
